Job ID: 34794492

Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD

SEE SCREENSHOT FOR WHAT WE ARE LOOKING TO REPRODUCE

1. Create an "Equipment Info" grid
2. Add a Button on that Grid to "Add Equipment" which will bring up all pertinent equipment for that customer/location combo, as well as give you an option to “Add New Equipment” and that will pop out to the Equipment screen and auto populate the customer and the location from the service order for the start of the new piece of equipment.
3. This will create its own sub grid with that Equipment's - Equipment Nbr., Equipment Type, Description, Serial Nbr, Purchase Date in the header of the subgrid
**All additional Equipment adds will be in their own sub grid of the Equipment Grid
4. From inside that grid there will be a button "Add Part" where you can select any type of inventory item
5. When you add the part the standard line details fields from a service order will show as normal

6. Add a "Labor Info" Grid
7. On the Labor grid and a button for “Add Labor”, this will pop up the Appointments (FS300200) screen (same action that happened when you press “Create appointment” on the standard service order screen) which auto populates fields from the service order
7. On the Labor Grid it will pull back the following fields from the appointment:
• Date -FSAppointment ExecutionDate
• Status: FSAppointment.Status
• Tech (Top Staff Member)- FSAppointmentEmployee.EmployeeID
• Description- FSAppointment.DocDesc
• Total (difference between Start and Stop Time- FSAppointment. ActualDuration
• Hrs to Bill – FSAppointment.Actual
• Extended Price- FSAppointment.CuryDocTotal
**All additional labor adds will be in their own sub grid

7. Add a "Notes" Grid
8. On that Grid add a button to "Add Notes" where employees can continually add new notes
9. Have those notes timestamped with time and user who entered
10. Add “W”, “I”, “LA” checkboxes next to each note
**All additional note adds will be in their own sub grid
11. If LA from step 10 is every LA checked note/s will pop up whenever the “add labor” button is selected
12. Add in the header a "Text Alerts Number (SMS) field with the (###)###-#### input mask
