Senior C# / .NET Framework Developer (.NET 4.8) to develop PDF functionality in my existing Web API

I am looking for some good, quality help in taking on some of the work that needs to get done. I figured that the best place to start is in the needs that I have to programmatically populate a number of different PDF forms for my client. As an example here is one of those PDF forms I need to populate in C#: https://www.tdi.texas.gov/forms/dwc/dwc066pharm.pdf I don't care what library is used there are many options out there: Rotativa, IronPDF, PDFTron, QuestPDF, etc.
