Senior C# Engineer - Generative AI Solutions
Responsibilities
Own the design and implementation of C# services powering our generative AI products - from prototype to production
Build robust LLM integration layers with proper error handling, retry logic, fallbacks, and observability
Implement and maintain prompt libraries with versioning, testing, and performance benchmarking
Develop AI security controls: prompt injection detection, PII masking, output filtering, and compliance logging
Create agent architectures that reliably use tools, maintain context, and know when to ask for help (or escalate to humans)
Collaborate with AI Engineers on model selection, fine-tuning requirements, and production deployment patterns
Design APIs that abstract AI complexity while giving consumers the control they need
Maintain quality through comprehensive testing: unit tests, integration tests, and AI-specific evaluations (prompt regression testing, output quality metrics)
Participate in architecture decisions and contribute to our evolving AI development standards
Stay current with the rapidly evolving .NET + AI landscape - and bring what you learn back to the team
Mentor other engineers on AI integration patterns and modern C# practices
