Semi-Auto Trading Interface Development

I'm in need of a skilled developer to help me build a semi-automatic trading interface on Trading View, which will work across both web and desktop.
Key Features Required:
Consider creating a simple user interface (UI) to configure settings, monitor trades, and view performance.
You can build a web-based UI or a desktop application: its a semi automatic trading where orders are directly placed from tradingview... UI shall show me all the details
the semi automatic bot/software or interface we are creating should act as a bridge to place orders.
placing orders are of two types here
1) approving the alert from UI
2) placing orders directly from Tradingview chartting
All orders shall include a SL and at times Target
Risk Management:
Implement risk management features such as daily limit risk.
Define rules for when to stop trading (e.g., if daily losses exceed a certain threshold).- u can see ninja trader for this.
Ensure that your software adheres to these rules and automatically stops placing orders when necessary.
SL and Trg(places sometimes ) in every individual order.
apart if any indicator alerts any signal i should get an alert in my user interface about the alert condition .choosing to trade on that is fully dependent on human interface(semi automatic trading )..
All this shall be using Real time Market data
i would appreciate if i can get a scanner in this UI (first preference would be given here)
Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Proficiency in Trading View's API
- Experience in developing trading interfaces
- Familiarity with real-time market data integration
- Strong front-end development skills
