C# Script for English to Marathi Transliteration

I'm looking for a C# script that can transliterate English names into Marathi letters. Function shoud take input english name and return transletrated marathi or hindi nsme. There are no specific rules or libraries I want to use; feel free to use a standard library or apply your own logic.
