STOCKMARKET SOFTWARE WITH ODL PROTOCOL CONNECTIVITY TO FIX V4.4 PROTOCOL -- 2

I am looking for a freelancer to implement the below project. We have some Stockmarket Software which is written in VB6. Its operation is to exchange trading messages between Client (user of Software) & Server (Stockmarket) via ATHEX Gateway (API protocol (ODL)). ODL API as communication protocol is used in Future Market option so that the member to manage derivatives financial contracts & in Quote Machine option so that market makers to trade stocks, options, indexes by seeing the bid & ask prices of market in real-time & other similar features like min/max spread, theoritical quotes etc... We want to replace the ODL API with Athex Fix Server (Fix 4.4) which will support natively encryption (up to TLS 1.3 & SSL). Also except from Trading Session to support Drop-copy session so that the member to receive all aplication messages directed to all its connections (ORAMA, ATHEX GW, XNET Trader, ATHEX FIX Server sessions).
The successful freelancer must possess extensive knowledge in software development, security protocols, and network connections. Programming languages such as VB6, Fix API, C# are necessary for this project. A strong understanding of server-side programming, API integration, and web services is also required.
