STM32F469 Solution for Firmware update and external flash reprogramming (MT25QL512ABB8E12 64MB QSPI NOR-Flash) via USB

I need a solution to update (via USB and windows10) the firmware and contents of an external flash of a STM32F469 based card.
The external Flash is a "MT25QL512ABB8E12 64MB QSPI NOR-Flash"
I can possibly provide the connection diagrams and other info.
