SSO cookie sahred authentication

we need to implement .net application were apps sharing same domain and subdomain can authenticate using cookies.. this should be done in MVC .net or Core .. also some user info should be in the cookies which will be used by the other applications. the other applications are from different technologies ( ADF , java , .Net forms etc ) , sure the values should be encrypted and there is a way to decrypt the values to be used in the different apps
