The core goal is to create a solid data-storage and management solution, then wrap it in a clean, functional application built in Visual Studio (ASP.NET, WinForms, or another .NET framework you prefer).
Here’s what I need:
• Design or refine the SQL database schema for reliable, scalable data storage and management.
• Build the application layer in Visual Studio with fully working CRUD screens and any supporting logic.
• Ensure the code is clear, well-commented, and ready for future enhancements.
• Provide a brief hand-off document covering setup, deployment, and any key architectural notes.
