I need speciallist in webservices. I am creating a WPF desktop application and writing against SOAP services (SVC and WSDL). The freelancer must have good knowledge of webservices in general and also good practice.
Wee have documentation but she is all in icelandic but google translate translate iit well, but the documentation is not 100%, the freelancer have to guess in the gap, so he have to have experience to work in SOAP webservices.
Wee want to follow strictly rules about layered architecture so the webservices layer talk to the domain layer and domain layer talk to presentation layer. So the freelancer must hvae general knowledge of layered architecture.
This is a taxational software. Where people can send in their tax report and dollowing reports if neccessary and all that is sent through webservices. Also is all information that user needs sent through webservices too.
Only professional freelancer is taking to consituration.
