C# SOAP Service Code Development

I'm in need of an expert to assist in developing a block of code for my C# WinApp that will consume a specific SOAP service - the Drug List Service from the Saudi Food & Drug Authority.
This web service can be found here: https://rsd.sfda.gov.sa/ws/DrugListService/DrugListService?wsdl. What's essential is being able to pull the basic drug list information from the service.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
