Roles and Responsibilities Spreadsheet

I have a (A) list of tasks, State(B), Line of business values (C), market segment values (D), and who is the responsible party (E). I am looking to be have a clean page where someone can, for example, define (from a dropdown) C,D,E, B and see all the tasks (A) or enter in the task (A) and the state (B) and view all the C,D, and E. I believe this is an Xlookup function but I don't have the time to really dig.
