Rewrite a code for registration

I have a C# .net application which registers users after payment. The registration has multiple steps and currently all the code is written in the same javascript step / C# controller. I have re-written 3/5 steps of the registration step. I need help with the fourth which deals with the payment part. It is handled by CyberSourceDotNetPayment library.
I need a developer who can help me re-write the code for the payment part. C# and js skills are needed.
