Revamping Browser in C#

Hello,
We have a Browser developed in C# for children. We are looking for a developer who can provide us with small changes. Currently, we were giving it for free.
Changes are as follows
1) UI Changes
2) Database Connection for Username and Password
3) Creating License Field - We will be providing license keys to users who will buy them.
4) Auto-Generation and unhackable keys which can be sent to buyers.
5) Making sure no other apps open when this browser is open. Currently this is happening but we still want more security.
