Researching and having a basic knowledge of technology

Looking for someone who is excellent at communicating and has general knowledge of how technology works. Most work will be research and making phone calls(not cold calls. Being a developer( knowledge of C, C#, JavaScript, Swift, SQL, etc) and or having past experience being in the military is plus BUT NOT required. Pay will be $30-35 an hour plus bonuses.
