Rebrand Backup/Restore Tool application

Hello, we use a low platform provider to development application and they have a small Backup and Restore Tool that I need rebranded with my company brand instead of their brand.
They have given us the Source Code and I just need someone with C#, .NET and Visual Studio.
See attached zip file. The only thing I need changed is the Name and maybe some colors and fav icons
