Real-Time Stock Trading App Development

I need a C# .NET app that can access real-time stock data. The ideal candidate should have experience with Alpaca API and Blazor Tailwind CSS. I already have 2 small skeleton projects to start with, using Highcharts in Blazor.
Key Features:
- Accessing real-time stock data from Yahoo Finance, and trade information from Alpaca
- Supporting basic trading functionalities including Buy/Sell orders, Portfolio management, and Price alerts
- Displaying Highcharts
