Reading information from pdf-File with a given structure with C#

I'm looking for a developer that can build a program in C# that reads from PDF files. This particular program needs to read from four specific predetermined structures within these files. The data needed to be read and extracted from the PDF will include different numbers, currencies, dates and texts.
