Read emirates id from SDK on desktop application

I'm looking for a freelancer to create a desktop application that can read Emirates ID cards using a SDK. I have not specified any language preference for this application, so the freelancer should be able to work with any language. Additionally, I need the application to be able to read more than 10 Emirates ID cards. The freelancer should possess experience and skill in working with various SDKs and should be able to provide me with a reliable solution to my request.
