Radiometric Image Converter Application (C#)

I'm looking for an experienced programmer / image processing expert to carry on developing a radiometric image converter application in C#.
The application is a desktop application that converts one type of radiometric image (thermal image data) to another format, so it can be read by different software from another developer. A good understanding of developing desktop applications with C# is required. We already have a beta version and full source code available, but require a new developer to carry on with this project indefinitely, to provide support and add new features.
The programmer must be experienced and have a demonstrated portfolio of work. If you think that you have the expertise, I welcome your bid. I look forward to seeing what you can do!
