RTL Localization for C# Desktop App

I need to write code to add the Arabic language to the C# project
When the program is converted to Arabic, it loop for all control and reads the translation from the Tag property for every control
also i am using user controls some of thes controls have many controls must translate using Same way
and make for and all controls from right to left
