RSA SHA1 XML Signing

I need a C# solution to apply RSA SHA1 digital signatures on an XML document with over 50 nodes. Each node should be signed individually, without URI references, and must be verifiable using C#.

Requirements:
- Use of 2048-bit RSA key
- Individual signatures for each XML node
- No URI references for signatures
- Verifiable with C#
- UTF8, without BOM (Standalone parameter should not be present at all)

- Experience with RSA and digital signatures
