RMM - Tool in WPF

I am looking for an experienced developer to build a Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) tool in WPF using C#. A software should be installed to run the program and existing platforms can be referenced for the design of the RMM-tool. The RMM-tool should provide an intuitive user interface for remote monitoring and management.
