RDP Duration Data Migration in C# and Power Shell

I need an expert C# programmer to create a utility that transfers RDP logon duration data to a MS SQL database. The data to be stored includes the start and end times of the RDP logon durations.

- Understands RDP logon duration data tracking

Tasks:

- Develop a C# and Power Shall utility to capture RDP logon duration
- Ensure it captures start and end times
- Successfully transfer/store this data in MS SQL Database every 5 Minutes
- Admin can watch All user data
- Each user can watch there First Login Time, Last Logout Time and Logon duration for each date
- User/Admin can also watch each event of that date (login time , Logout time and logon duration)
- User/Admin can filter both reports based on date range
- Admin can Filter data for all users/selected users
- Admin can filter data where logon duration for the day is less the Hrs (drop down 1,2,3,4,5-15)
- Admin can filter data Date Wise / Total for a date or a date range where logon Duration will be clubbed for each user
