Quick C# Assistance

I have an API application that i started working on however I need some additional work done to it. Right now it will successfully transmit/receive the information embedded in the code however I want the application to pull data from a sql table to transmit and when the response data is received update the additional columns in the table. It's already started and anyone who is good with c# shouldn't have a problem finishing it off.
