Quality Serious RP FiveM Server

Looking for a developer who is fluent in Lua and Some HTML and is capable of writing custom scripts. I am looking for the utmost quality for my server possible. I currently have a community with over 400 people and a daily average of 45-60 players on the version 1 of the FiveM server. The version 1 of the server has several bugs and I am looking to rememdy all of the bugs and optimize the server for the 2.0 version. I am also looking for someone who communicates very well and understands the concept of roleplay to avoid careless mistakes.
