C# Puppeteer Automation for Azure DevOps

I need a C# application using Puppeteer to automate Azure DevOps builds screen captures.
Develop a C# application using Puppeteer to:
1. Open multiple Azure DevOps pipeline build URLs
2. Capture screenshots of logs for each test scenario
3. HTML template for each scenario already exist, just need to add jpg/png of the screenshots
4. Convert each scenario's HTML report into PDF
5. Compress all PDFs into a single ZIP archive
6. Upload the final ZIP package to a designated API endpoint
7. Should be runnable through another Azure DevOps pipeline
