Publish windows desktop app to Microsoft Store.

I have a Windows desktop application based on WebView2. It is packaged as a single MSIX, which I created using Visual Studio with WebView2 in C# .NET.
In addition to WebView2, the application also creates and starts a Windows service (Tomcat web server).
Everything works fine on our local machine. However, when we uploaded it to the Microsoft Store, we were informed that it does not work because the Tomcat service is not starting.
We are looking for someone with experience deploying apps to the Microsoft Store and strong skills in C# .NET. You need to determine why the Tomcat service is not working for them, fix the issue, and republish the app.
