I am a student and currently writing my engineering thesis. From the beginning, I had trouble writing the program. The situation is such that I need to have a finished program by Friday.
The thesis topic is ‘Design and implementation of a system supporting customer service for a company that performs fiber optic installations.’ - a website similar to Orange. I would like to create a system for both the customer and the company’s employees (office worker, technician/installer).
I wanted to implement the possibility for the customer to create an account, check the feasibility of installation at a given location (a database of streets for the customer to choose from), select a package, have the order accepted by an office worker, and schedule an appointment by preparing a calendar accessible to employees (with the address and installation hours marked for employees).
The program should be implemented using C# .NET Framework, MVC, and a connected database. Is there a chance such a project could be realized?
