The project is to make two way communication effective between office desk and customers.
Milestone 1: The project is to enable two way communication between service desk and their customers using text messaging services.
Milestone 2: Integration with third party applications to centralize communication.
Milestone 3: To evolve a bot using text messaging service to automatically answer common questions.
Milestone 4: To integrate with different hardwares e.g. GPS tracking devices, QR code scanners, electronic gates etc.
