C# Programming on Visual Studio 2017

We have a WPF application installed on a project site where we have 1 master device and 51 slave devices.
For getting information from the slave devices, we were sending commands from a local PC to the master, and the master would then send a command to that particular slave device ID; after 2 seconds, the master is getting an acknowledgment command in JSON format which we were getting to the local PC.
Now, from the local PC SCADA application, we were sending the received data from the slave device to the Google Firebase Cloud in JSON format.
We want to send an auto-generated report in Excel to the client. Either it should send from the local PC application or from the client application. We want to develop a free source code (no third-party license involvement) in which you have to create an auto-generated report in excel format and then send it to the client mail id. It should be scheduler-based.
