Program in C# to play roulette casino online

I would like a desktop program in C# able to play roulette casino online. The user will provide the Roulette table name (from 40 tables available), value to bet, method to bet (even/odd or red/black or 1-18/19-36 or columns (always 2)), number of Martingales in case of lose. The program needs to open the bet website, log in on it, open the Roulette table selected, choice the value to bet, check when the bet can be made, bet according with method informed by the user, confirm if the bet was made, get the result (gain or loss), in case of lose program will repeat the selected bet method X times as defined in number of Martingales by the user.
