Prevent users not to stop my C# process

I am developing a C# Windows Forms application by myself.
I need to prevent users not to stop my C# process.
As long as I know, users can stop process from Task Manager, command line or via another application.
I need keep my C# application running all the time.
So users should not be able to kill my process by anyhow, unless my application decides to terminate by itself.

This project includes providing any kind of corporate certificate if needed.
I can cooperate providing any kind of information of my comapny if necessary to obtain certain certificate.
Any fees to obtain certain certificate is not included in this project.
I can pay additional fee if needed to obtain certificate.
I do not know how to create this kind of certificate.
And my application should be able to use in production mode(not test mode).
