Power BI C# Plugin Development

I need a C# Power BI plugin to be integrated into the external tools section of Power BI Desktop. The plugin should detect all columns used in visuals and measures, enabling it to create optimized versions of M and SQL queries using only the utilized columns.

Requirements:
- Existing method to retrieve used columns.
- Create an EXE installer compatible with multiple Power BI Desktop versions.
- Fix the handler function to detect all open Power BI projects.
