Power Automate Custom Connector to password protect Excel Spreadsheets

I would like to have a Custom Connector in Power Automate with two actions:

1. Password-protect Excel Spreadsheet

Inputs:
1. File content of an Excel Spreadsheet (for example from OneDrive Get 'File Content' action or Excel 'Add row to a table' action)
2. Password as string

Outputs: Password-protected Excel-File content (that can be saved in OneDrive or attached to an E-Mail)


2. Get password protected Excel content
Inputs:
1. Password-protected Excel file content (e.g. from One Drive 'Get file content' action)
2. Password as string

Outputs: Excel file content without password (that can be saved in OneDrive with "Create File" action or attached to an email in the Outlook connector)

The Custom Connector should work with an Azure function and not use any third-party connectors that will cause licensing costs.

The job is done when I have the code for the function and the connector and the connector is installed and tested in my tenant.
