Pos desktop app

i am looking for someone who can make a desktop pos system for me this pos system must have the following:
barcode reader, barcode generator, open box, print receipt, reporting daily sales monthly and yearly, user rights
stock inventory, return, reporting daily returns, VAT, purchase, daily purchasing report,
I must be able to print and export stock and reports in excel
it must be a system of server and clients

I also need to be able to translate the software myself into whatever language I want
if you are an application developer you can further develop yourself from experience
do not offer exaggerated amounts and immediately offer the right amount


due to bad experience or bad luck on freelancer, I will hire you first and you will then make the software and point it out, then I will create milestones and you will receive payment immediately after completion
