Portion of Devexpress XAF Application

My business completes reserve fund studies that evaluate buildings and their future replacements. I have an XAF application partially built but would like a component added that will allow dragging and dropping and easy manipulation of the building components and their related costs. The portion of the application must be able to view and filter a master component list and allow the end user to select one or multiple items from this list to add these components to a specific building or job. The component has 20 years of history and 40 years of future expenditures related to the component depending on its replacement cycle. I need to easily display these years for programmatic and manual entry of values associated with each building component. We have a previous application that accomplishes this but would like it redesigned and improved upon in the new Devepress XAF application. There must also be a chart tied to Yearly information of 40 years linked to a model that determines increases to the building's funding levels.
