Port WXPython application over to C#

I am looking for a skilled developer to port my WXPython application over to C# within a month. The application is small, with 1000 lines of code. It is important that the C# version exactly replicates all the current features of the application. As such, the ideal candidate must have experience with both WXPython and C#, as well as a strong understanding of GUI development.
