Populate ListView by MySQL records

We have a C# project, Winforms that uses ListView.
What we need is a method to add our existing database table rows to our ListView unique per username.
Each username, holds filenames in table that are related to that username, so each filename under that username should be a list of Listview children after the parent DirectoryName (from table), and finally the root node "Username" also from table.
