We have a project which has been built by a software contractor to deliver partial discharge monitoring solutions for electrical engineering applications. The current software provider have had an issue with synchronising the partial discharge counts to a phase resolved partial discharge pattern as the pattern is plotted in an incorrect position, there are also issues with the amount of burden the application places on the CPU.
Deliverables
We would be looking for a consultant to review the methodology of the current software program and advise on a method to resolve the synchronization issue with consideration to best practices to minimize the burden on the CPU.
