C# X12 837P Parser

We deal with various types of X12 files.
We need a library written in C# to parse to and from X12 837P and native C# class objects.
Parsing capabilities need to include ALL loops and segments to accommodate single file batches.
This library should be written as an extension of the Endice.EDI opensource library.
The library MUST meet X12 standards and HIPAA 837P guidelines(which Endice.EDI does not).
