Parse wiresharks .pcapng in .net webform
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
We need to parse wiresharks .pcapng files and extract ip's that contain video/mp2t as content-type.
We also need to run in windows iis server as webpage
Written in .net ( c# or vb.net )

What we want to do wireshark already does it by these steps:
From wireshark ( image1 ) we go to File -> Export Objects -> HTTP
From new window if we select Content Type: video/mp2t (image3)
it filters out the ips that contains video stream.
Also Wireshark has save , we also want to be able to do that. (image4)
We want that from a app that runs in .net so we can implement it to our website.
(we will consider all offers , the decision will be made in Monday 30/1)
