Parse a PDF, email the pages individually

My payroll system outputs one large pdf with paystubs (one to a page) of the individual employees. It has no way to individually email the paystub to the appropriate employees. The program would have to accept a pdf, parse the name on the individual page, match it to a database we can keep up to date with names and emails, and then send just that individual page to the recipients' email.
