Parametrizable Volume Bars for MultiCharts Custom Resolution Manager

We are seeking an experienced developer with a background in C# programming and familiarity with the MultiCharts platform to develop a custom solution for parametrizable volume bars as a plug-in for the Custom Resolutions Manager.
Project Requirements:
- Develop a C# plug-in for MultiCharts Custom Resolutions Manager
- The plug-in should create custom resolution volume bars based on the average volume of X bars with a Y timeframe (e.g., average volume of 115 bars of 1-hour each)
- The custom volume bars should be created using minute data and the calculated volume bar size from the previous step
- Ensure bars have no look-ahead leaks to maintain data integrity
- Provide thorough documentation and comments within the code for easy understanding and future modifications
- Test the plug-in to ensure compatibility with MultiCharts and correct functionality
