PDF Watermarking Utility

An experienced software developer with the skills and knowledge to quickly deliver a solution for applying a template based watermark to existing PDFs. The final solution shall be able to merge XML data into an HTML template and overlay the resulting graphic on the face of an existing PDF. The final product shall be a windows command line utility which will receive as command line arguments the path to the original pdf, the path to the XML data, path to HTML template and the output file pathname.
