Outlook treeview and listview in c++

I am looking for a freelancer who are expert in visual C++. I want to add a treeview control with list of icons and items that make it exactly the same as outlook express folders. And also I want to add the messages list control in the split container so I can see the list of my emails. If you can add these controls to make it the same as Outlook that would be great. Will pay $40 after the work is done. Thanks for your interest.
