Outlook Express Style Menu in VB.net

I need an experienced VB.NET/C++ developer as I want to add an image, grip style to the menu bar next to file, similar to Outlook Express. The image should be a Windows XP picture, displayed as a picturebox and stored in the resources.


Key Requirements:

Add a specific image to the menu bar.

Ensure the image is displayed as a static background.

Store the image in the resource file.

Add a grip style to the menu bar.

Add menu bar background as system default

Current Issue:

I am using a custom renderer to change the hover color of the "File" menu. However, when I apply the renderer, the menu bar’s background disappears. If I don’t use the renderer, I can’t change the hover color. I have already tried using the MenuStrip control. While I was able to add a grip next to the "File" menu, I couldn't achieve the native Windows Vista/7 menu style.

I need a solution that keeps the native menu style while allowing customization. ?
