OneDrive Setup With Deep Calendar Integration

Job ID: 39856714

Budget: $20 – $30 NZD

I’m moving our small business onto Microsoft OneDrive and need the environment configured so day-to-day collaboration is seamless. While secure file storage matters, the real driver for this project is robust calendar integration. I want individual, team, and project-specific calendars surfaced naturally inside Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, mobile) so everyone can see what’s happening without jumping between apps.

The organisation has more than six distinct user groups—finance, sales, marketing, engineering, leadership, external partners, and a few ad-hoc project teams—each requiring its own permissions. Folder access must be locked down accordingly yet still easy to manage as roles change. At the same time the overall file-sharing structure should be logical and future-proof, using best-practice naming and SharePoint libraries where appropriate.

Deliverables
• OneDrive/SharePoint architecture mapped and created, including libraries and folders with the correct access levels for every group.
• Calendar integration that automatically publishes and syncs individual, team, and project calendars across Outlook and Teams, with clear instructions for end users.
• Admin-level documentation showing how to add or remove users, adjust permission sets, and spin up new project calendars in the same style.
• A short remote walk-through (recorded) so I can see the setup in action and ask final questions.

Success is measured by each user group seeing only what they should, all three calendar types appearing in their Outlook without manual subscriptions, and me being able to maintain the system confidently afterward. If you have proven Microsoft 365 and OneDrive deployment experience, I’d love to get this rolling quickly.
