One Drive Connection & Access via C# . NET

I am looking for someone to help me build a Microsoft One Drive connection & access solution using C# . NET. The functionalities I need are uploading and downloading files, creating and deleting folders. I am looking for a solution that requires both user interface and backend processes, and includes encryption of files and Multi-factor Authentication. There is one more specific requirement, which is the ability to merge documents (doc, email, xls) into a single PDF before upload to one drive. Thank you for your interest in this project.
