Olo API Sales Data Export

I require a skilled professional to connect to the Olo API, extract specific data and export it in XML format. The project details include:
- Connecting to Olo API: The chosen freelancer should have experience in working with APIs, and we will provide the documentation on the Olo API.
- Extracting Sales Orders and Menu Items: From the Olo API, I need sales order data and menu items.
- Exporting in XML: The initial step of this project involves exporting the extracted data (sales orders and menu items) in an XML format. The ideal candidate should be proficient in XML file generation. It is not critical for the initial export to be in XML, but that seems to be how the API is set up to work. The initial export is going to be "staging" data.
- The final step will be to create XML documents from this data, per the required specification, to import into our POS system.
- We would like this done in Visual Studio, using C#.
